Degassing Notice

We suggest letting this coffee degas for a minimum of 20 days, and up to 60. Our coffees typically reach their best flavor around 30 and 60 days after roasting, and they’re most enjoyable from that point until about 90 days.

Due to our omniroast approach, degassing takes unusually long—but rest assured, when your coffee has properly degassed, you’ll be rewarded with an exceptional cup.
