La Noria Coffee Farm (Spanish for "The Windmill"), acquired by Tim Leahy in 2017 in Loja, Ecuador, is a high-elevation specialty coffee estate developed in partnership with CVM, an Ecuadorian agricultural firm with generational coffee expertise from Colombia’s Ibagué region. Managed by CVM’s experienced team alongside local farmers, the farm cultivates award-winning Arabica varieties in the Andes, leveraging ideal conditions: volcanic soil, mineral-rich water, 12-hour sunlight exposure, and sustainable practices like neem/worm tea fertilization. The result is a vibrant cup with exceptional clarity, reflecting both Ecuadorian terroir and Colombian cultivation heritage.
